Ep. 204 – The Heart of Markness Led Zeppelin Podcast

We hear a new 4 source merge of June 10, 1977 Led Zeppelin at Madison Square Garden. This is a great night and we hear an epic No Quarter and bombastic fantastic Kashmir. All cylinders firing in this one.

This great, virtually complete, concert is courtesy of Led Zeppelin Boots. If you would like this complete show you can grab it here: https://mega.nz/folder/b8EDSQwS#-olUOYn7Xev_mBGOrUPfpg

Ep. 195 – The Heart of Markness Led Zeppelin Podcast

We hear the NakedEye25 remaster of the soundboard for Led Zeppelin on 6/7/77 @ Madison Square Garden. Nobody’s Fault, In My Time, and No Quarter are heard, and they’re amazing. Bombastic fantastic power. Powerful 1977 vibes.

Sept 3, 1971 Madison Square Garden – The Heart of Markness Led Zeppelin Podcast

Led Zeppelin played New York City on Sept. 3, 1971 and the crowd was wild! So wild they stormed the stage and it collapsed. This is a tape in which the crowd at times is louder than the band, but the show itself is amazing. This is a vastly underrated Zep show. Jimmy’s playing has an edge I’d not heard before.

Led Zeppelin June 7th, 1977 MSG

By special request from a long time listener, and Patron, this episode features Led Zeppelin’s first of six nights at Madison Square Garden, NYC. June 7, 1977 is what Mimo wanted to hear and I can see why. It’s a powerhouse show and we hear it from a bass heavy (in a good way) soundboard recording.

Sept. 19, 1970 – Evening Show

One of the best shows ever.

On Sept 19, 1970 Led Zeppelin played two shows at Madison Square Garden, in New York City. It was reported in the press that each member of the band earned $30,000 for less than six hours work. Good for them. They earned it because this show contains one of the hottest hours of live music I’ve ever heard.
